18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All performers were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Records required to be kept, pursuant to federal law USC 2257 and regulations 28 CFR 75.8, are maintained by the Custodian of Records, and are available for inspection as required by law.

In order to comply with the labeling requirements of 28 CFR 75.8, all pages containing images of actual sexually explicit conduct (as then defined) published after 6/23/05 have been labeled with a publication date.

Under the revised law that became effective 7/27/06, all pages containing images of actual sexually explicit conduct published after 7/27/06 will also be labeled with a publication date. All businesses operating at this address are 'secondary producers' within the meaning of the term in the preliminary injunction in the matter entitled Free Speech Coalition, et al. -vs- Alberto Gonzales, Case No. 05cv1126 -WDM (U.S.D.C., D., Colo). As members of the Free Speech Coalition, the businesses located here are not subject to inspection by any agent of the Department of Justice pursuant to the preliminary injunction issued in that above matter.
